2. Service Description
Type It provides AI-powered document processing services that automatically extract information from construction drawings and generate formatted drawing schedules. Our service includes:
- Document upload and processing
- Automated data extraction from title blocks
- Generation of formatted Word documents
- Temporary file storage
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and current information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing our service.

6. Payment Terms
Pricing:
- Starter: Free for first package
- Pay As You Go: $15 per package
- Professional: $99 per month
All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service Accuracy
While we strive for high accuracy (95%+), Type It is an automated service and may contain errors. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing all extracted data before submission
- Verifying accuracy for your specific use case
- Not relying solely on automated output for critical decisions
8. Limitation of Liability
Type It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or in cases of misuse.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
